Our Business Organizations & Transactions Practice group is highly experienced. We have attorneys who have practiced in this group in excess of 35 years and have participated in leadership positions with many local, state and national organizations. Our attorneys work as a team, and retaining one attorney in the group is effectively retaining three or four attorneys with the knowledge and expertise to provide the best advice and services to our clients. Our objective is to achieve favorable results in a timely and professional manner. From advising clients in developing and maintaining new businesses to handling matters as local counsel for national corporations, our attorneys are capable and available to handle all matters. We have specialized experience in providing problem resolution services for all business and commercial clients. Our practice includes all aspects of business life from formation of an organization through all issues involving the entity's operation. We have successfully represented clients involved in financing, contract negotiations and documentation, merger and acquisitions, and joint ventures. We provide consultation and preparation of documents for all facets of the ongoing operation of a business. This includes employment contracts, license agreements, stock purchase agreements, buy/sell agreements, operating agreements for limited liability companies, and all types of shareholder agreements. We advise clients on the choice of entity prior to creating new businesses so they understand their alternatives and can make educated decisions relative to the type and nature of their business.
