Tiffany Wilson (Associate)

Tiffany concentrates her practice in civil litigation, including governmental, medical malpractice defense, nursing home litigation, and personal injury cases. 

Tiffany joined Heyl Royster as an associate in 2018. She received her J.D. from Southern Illinois University School of Law with a specialization in Health Law and Policy. She was the Student Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Legal Medicine, where her article “LEAD the Way: Using Local Communities as Legal Laboratories to Combat Drug Addiction” was recently published. Tiffany was a member of her school’s Moot Court team, competing in the area of Child Welfare & Adoption Law. She is also a member of the Order of Barristers. While in law school, Tiffany received a CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Property II and Trial Advocacy, and she was on the Dean’s List in 2017. Prior to law school, Tiffany received both her Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Master of Arts in English Literature from California State University of Long Beach.

Tiffany gained significant legal experience as a law clerk at the Carbondale office of a St. Louis based law firm and as a legal intern at Land of Lincoln Legal Assistance Foundation. In addition to her legal experience, Tiffany has 13 years of experience working as a Pharmacy Technician, which provides a useful perspective to her legal practice.

Tiffany is a Member of the Juaneño Band of Mission Indians, Acjachemen Nation.
