Focusing his practice on civil defense litigation, primarily product liability/toxic tort, insurance defense, construction, and workers' compensation, Harry joined the firm's Chicago office in the spring of 2023.

Before joining Heyl Royster, Harry was an associate attorney at a prominent National firm concentrating in product liability, transportation/trucking defense and wrongful death defense. He developed strategic efforts as National Coordinating Counsel to address a Fortune 100 company's product liability needs. He was also a trial team member in a wrongful death defense in a football-related traumatic brain injury claim.. Additionally, Harry has argued before the Illinois Appellate Court First District in a pro bono representation of a client seeking a reversal of a burglary conviction. See People v. Lee, 2021 Ill. App. 192109 (Ill.App.Ct.2021).

A graduate of the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law, formerly The John Marshall Law School, Harry served as Lead Articles Editor at The John Marshall Law Review and was a CALI Award winner in Constitutional Law and Civil Procedure. He served as a Judicial Law Clerk for Honorable P. Scott Neville and Honorable Carl A. Walker in the Illinois Appellate Court First and Second Divisions. During this tenure, Harry drafted various Rule 23 Orders and a first impression opinion addressing successor liability for Illinois Human Rights Act violations, later reviewed by the Illinois Supreme Court. See People ex rel. Department of Human Rights v. Oakridge Nursing & Rehab Center, 2019 IL App (1st) 170806.
