Brad McDill is an attorney with Heyl Royster located in the firm’s Jackson, Mississippi office. His primary practice focuses on civil litigation and business/commercial litigation, where he represents both individuals and corporations. Brad also has experience in general litigation, professional liability defense, premises liability, product liability, estate planning, and corporate transactions.

Brad came to Heyl Royster in 2021 from a successful, well-respected Mississippi-based law firm in which he was a partner. His civil litigation practice is focused both in automobile defense and commercial/business litigation, where he represents insurance companies and their insureds as well as multiple banking institutions in the state. Brad practices in both Federal and State Courts, where he has successfully prosecuted and defended cases through all phases of litigation, in both Mississippi and Missouri.

Brad McDill is a native to the Jackson, Mississippi area, but also took an opportunity to practice in St. Louis, Missouri where he became licensed in both Missouri and Illinois.
