Tyler Pratt provided a comprehensive look at mobile device evidence from preservation to trial, including an attorney's ethical obligations to maintain competency in technology for the Association of Defense Trial Attorneys - ADTA talk Webinar series. The free webinar, "Don't Ignore the Call – Mobile Device Evidence From Preservation to Trial," explored electronic evidence found on or through mobile devices and how to pursue, preserve, and use such information to protect and defend your clients' interests.

The Association of Defense Trial Attorneys (ADTA) comprises some of the finest trial attorneys in the United States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, Canada and France, and The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, and the Republic of Ireland. Founded as the Association of Insurance Attorneys (AIA) in 1941, it has established itself as one of the major defense trial attorney organizations in the legal profession.

Tyler Pratt is a zealous advocate who has tried many cases to verdict and enjoys the challenge of complex litigation in both state and federal courts.
