Public Contracts and Procurement Regulations Seminar

Heyl Royster Governmental Practice attorneys Timothy Bertschy, William Charnock, Andrew Keyt, Gregory Rastatter, Chrissie Peterson, and John Redlingshafer presented seminars on Public Contracts and Procurement Regulations in Illinois – one on September 19 in Springfield, and another on September 26 in East Peoria. The seminars were designed for attorneys, presidents, vice presidents, purchasing professionals, construction and project managers, administrators, city officials, engineers, architects, owners, contract managers, planners and government contractors. The panel discussed how public works projects are awarded, and how to solve issues—from both legal and practical perspectives.
