Ingram Participates in Internal Investigations Program at IADC’s Corporate Counsel College

Brad Ingram, chair of the firm’s Employment & Labor Practice, served as a panelist on a session entitled "Internal Investigations: A Powerful Deterrence to Future Harassment and Avoidance of Agency Investigations" at the IADC's annual Corporate Counsel College, which was held April 10-14 at the Ritz-Carlton in Chicago. The IADC Corporate Counsel College brings together general counsel and CEOs of major corporations for two-days of dynamic learning programming geared toward the in-house and outside counsel legal team. The panel on the Internal Investigations program also included Kimberly Hauer, Chief Human Resources Officer and Vice President at Caterpillar Inc., and it focused on the in-house perspective of how information gathered during internal investigations can help deter future claims and outside agency investigations.

Brad is a past chair of the IADC's Employment Law Committee, which developed a number of the programs for the Corporate Counsel College.

The International Association of Defense Counsel (IADC) is an invitation-only professional association for corporate and insurance defense lawyers around the world that has been committed to excellence in the civil justice system since 1920.
