Pratt and Hall Presenters at Illinois Trucking Association, Safety & Maintenance Luncheon

Illinois Trucking Association, Safety & Maintenance Council, welcomed Heyl Royster's Tyler Pratt and Larry Hall to present Cameras and Telematics: Legal Considerations While Using Technology to Improve Driver Performance at their luncheon on March 23, 2022.

Tyler Pratt is a zealous advocate who has tried many cases to verdict and enjoys the challenge of complex litigation in both state and federal courts. He handles the defense of serious personal injury cases focusing primarily upon medical malpractice and trucking litigation. He is frequently contacted immediately after a catastrophic loss to help develop the facts and case strategy with an eye toward a successful result once litigation is filed. Beyond his experience in medical malpractice and trucking, he also handles complex civil litigation arising from serious personal injury, legal malpractice, business, and commercial disputes, professional liability, and estate litigation.

Larry Hall devotes his legal practice to representing local, regional, and national carriers throughout the litigation process. Larry works with trucking clients in all aspects of their business, including immediate response investigations, safety policies/training, regulatory compliance, and general risk management. His knowledge and dedication to the transportation industry have earned Larry the trust of his clients such that he is called upon to serve as lead counsel in high-exposure and difficult losses. He has successfully tried cases to verdict and reached negotiated outcomes in what are widely considered some of the most difficult defense venues in the country. Larry's practice also includes defending high exposure and catastrophic products liability cases involving various products, including trailers, heavy machinery, electrical components, and consumer goods. He has significant experience with a wide range of fire science and premises liability matters.
