Clayton and Hunsaker Author IICLE Med Mal Chapter Updates


Two Heyl Royster partners were authors for the 2013 Supplement to the Medical Malpractice handbook for the Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education (IICLE). The volume provides a comprehensive survey of Illinois law regarding medical malpractice cases.

Richard Hunsaker (Edwardsville) co-authored the supplement to the “Claim Evaluation” chapter. The chapter offers perspectives on a variety of topics designed to assist attorneys in the early and effective evaluation of malpractice claims and defenses. Click here to view this chapter.
