Arbitrator Re-Assignments

12/18/19

Chairman Michael Brennan and the Illinois Workers' Compensation Commission just announced the following Arbitrator assignments which become effective January 1, 2020:

Chicago

  • Arbitrator Joseph Amarilio will be assigned to the call previously designated as TBA.
  • Arbitrator Elaine Llerena will take over Arbitrator Cellini’s call.
  • Arbitrator Christopher Harris will be assigned to the call previously designated as TBA4.
  • Arbitrator William McLaughlin will take over Arbitrator Robert Harris’ call.

All other Chicago assignments will remain the same.

Zone 1 – Collinsville, Mt. Vernon and Herrin
Arbitrator Linda Cantrell will replace Arbitrator Edward Lee. Arbitrators Gallagher and Nowak will continue to serve in Zone 1.

Zone 2 – Urbana, Springfield and Quincy
Arbitrator Dennis O’Brien will be assigned to the call previously designated as TBA5. Arbitrator Lee will be assigned to take over Arbitrator Cantrell’s call. Arbitrator Pulia will remain in Zone 2.

Zone 3 – Peoria, Bloomington and Rock Island
Arbitrator Adam Hinrichs will be assigned to take over Arbitrator Paul Seal’s call. Arbitrators Rowe-Sullivan and Granada will continue to serve in Zone 3.

Zone 4 – New Lenox, Ottawa and Kankakee
Arbitrator Cellini will be assigned to take over Arbitrator Dollison’s call. Arbitrator Doherty will take over the call previously designated as TBA2 and Arbitrator Hegarty will take over Arbitrator Erbacci’s call.

Zone 5 – Rockford, Woodstock and Waukegan
Arbitrator Erbacci will take over Arbitrator Hegarty’s call. Arbitrator Seal will take the call previously assigned to Arbitrator Doherty, and Arbitrator Glaub will remain in Zone 5.

Zone 6 – Wheaton, Geneva and Elgin
Arbitrator Robert Harris will take over the call previously assigned to Arbitrator Ory. Arbitrators Soto and Friedman will remain in Zone 6.
